Project breakdown
This project was designed to plan and execute marketing activities for a consultancy company that prioritizes client engagement and aims to promote informative, professional content that demonstrates its value.
I began by analyzing previous activities and their outcomes, reviewing analytics across key platforms, and aligning with the company's strategic priorities and relevant design and marketing theories.
To streamline the process, I first assessed the existing workflows and identified inefficiencies. I then focused on minimizing the number of stakeholders involved to reduce complexity. By breaking down each activity and streamlining the processes, I aimed to achieve efficient feedback loops and quicker execution.
Ultimately, I developed a mock-up of the marketing activity, creating content to be used across multiple platforms and repurposed for maximum impact.
